Membership in the Greater Washington Mutual Housing Association.

Membership in the GWMHA is open to homeowner groups (cooperative, condominium and tenant associations), who have obtained First Right to Purchase loans from the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development, and other low and moderate cooperative, condominium, homeowner and tenant association groups.

 

Membership is also open to businesses, professionals, non-profit organizations and sponsors who wish to support the GWMHA's mission of making housing affordable.

 

All members of GWMHA pay annual dues, which are tax deductible. Dues cover a 12 month period from the date paid.
